NT Labs KH Buffer Up stabilises pH and maintains healthy water conditions for a perfect pond.

The buffer capacity of pond water is the ability of pond water to maintain the pH at the correct level for the survival of your fish and other pond inhabitants. The metabolism of fish and other aquatic life in the pond tends to use up the KH buffer and if this is not replaced can lead to a sudden and catastrophic pH crash resulting in pond wide fish losses, frequently at night.

It is advised to test the KH regularly with a suitable Carbonate Hardness Test Kit and maintain the KH level of your pond water above 6 degrees carbonate hardness.
